Which deposit options can I use?
Three: USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), USDT on TRC20 (Tron) and XRP on the XRP Ledger. Always use the address that matches the network you selected.
Why hasn't my balance gone up yet?
Deposits are credited only after our team confirms the transaction on-chain. Until then your request sits as 'pending' and your available balance stays unchanged.
How long does confirmation take?
Most deposits are reviewed within a few hours. If yours is still pending after 24 hours, contact support with the transaction hash.
I forgot the XRP destination tag — what now?
Contact support immediately with the transaction hash. XRP sent without the destination tag cannot be matched to your account automatically.
Can I send a different coin to these addresses?
No. Sending any other asset, or using the wrong network, will result in permanent loss of those funds.
How do withdrawals work?
Request a withdrawal from your dashboard with your own wallet address. Once approved, the amount is deducted from your balance and sent out.
Is there a minimum investment?
